Weddings and galas are usually booked 9 to 14 months out; corporate events and parties 3 to 6 months. We sometimes take shorter timelines — ask us about your date.
Our home base is the Lowcountry, but about a third of our events are in Savannah, the Blue Ridge and destination venues. Travel is quoted at cost.
Full planning is a percentage of your total event budget (12–18% depending on scope) with a minimum fee. Day-of coordination is a flat rate from $2,400.
Absolutely. We will coordinate with anyone you already love and recommend trusted partners for everything else.
A 45-minute call or studio visit to talk through your vision, guest count and budget. You leave with a rough timeline and a written estimate.
